Retourbeleid
Bij Nuyaa hopen we dat je blij bent met je aankoop. Mocht je echter niet helemaal tevreden zijn, dan kun je de ongebruikte en onbeschadigde artikelen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.
Voorwaarden voor retourneren:
- Het artikel is ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en indien mogelijk in de originele verpakking.
- Je meldt de retourzending binnen de gestelde termijn aan via info@nuyaa.nl
- Voeg bij de retourzending je ordernummer en naam toe
Terugbetaling:
Na ontvangst en controle van de geretourneerde artikelen, storten we het aankoopbedrag (exclusief eventuele verzendkosten) binnen 14 dagen terug op de rekening waarmee de bestelling is geplaatst.

De kosten voor de retourzending zijn voor de koper.

Return Policy
At Nuyaa, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and if possible, in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of the return within the specified period by emailing info@nuyaa.nl.
- Please include your order number and name with the return shipment.
Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 days to the account used for the original order.
